Jim Spelich, LaSalle County Treasurer
A dedicated resident of LaSalle County, Jim Spelich graduated from LaSalle Peru Township High School before earning his Associate’s degree from IVCC and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University. He built over a 25-year career as a Registered Investment Representative and is a Licensed Financial Advisor in Illinois, empowering clients through insurance and investment guidance.
Jim values community and family. He and his wife Maureen have raised two daughters, Carly and Lauren, in Peru. He spent 10 years encouraging girls’ leadership through ASA softball. A Rotary Member and Eagle’s Club Member, Jim has also served on the boards of Horizon House and the Hygienic Institute. Through volunteer work and informed financial counsel, he endeavors to create prosperity for all in LaSalle County.
